Teams managed and reconciled monthly inventory stock counts for all offices and created and received purchase orders in Oracle NetSuite ERP to procure mobile devices. Operational scope included liaison with teams from eight country offices to manage stock levels and respond to delivery queries.
Configuration emphasized core ERP Financial capabilities, including purchase order processing, inventory management, and stock reconciliation workflows within Oracle NetSuite ERP. Approval workflows were implemented for export documentation and purchase order authorizations, and logistical procedures were codified to standardize delivery and inventory reconciliation activities. Company information and documented logistics processes were maintained on Confluence as an operational repository to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
Operational coverage spanned logistics, procurement, operations and customer care functions, with 3rd line support delivered to customer care and operations teams for Global Logistics. Supplier relationship management was an explicit part of the program, with teams negotiating prices and managing supplier communications to support procurement activity executed through NetSuite. The effort aligned transactional ERP activity with physical stock movements across multiple offices and external warehouses.

The BusinessOptix implementation integrated with Truphone's application and collaboration stack, ingesting event and ticket data from Cerillion CRM and Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM, and linking to operational tooling such as OCS, Confluence, JIRA, and Marketo to enrich process event logs. Operational coverage extended into network and carrier services domains, with process data sources and artefacts provided by Networks Engineering, MNP teams, and Release Management for end-to-end process visibility.
