The solution was built on the Power Platform, which provided low code configuration, data model standardization and orchestration of business rules.
Imperium365 Starter CRM integrated with Microsoft Teams and Outlook to enable mailbox synchronization and in application collaboration, and it linked with Imperium Email Marketing for targeted campaign execution. The architecture leveraged Power Platform connectors to surface CRM records inside Teams channels and to push emails through Outlook, maintaining sales context across systems.
Go live and deployment were reported as a short, rapid engagement with same year deployment in 2025, concentrating operational rollout on the United States sales organization. Governance focused on configured role based access and standardized sales process workflows to manage the lead to quote and case lifecycles across sales teams.
