In 2018 TurkNet Turkey implemented HoduPBX to provide scalable hosted PBX and voice services designed to meet carrier and ISP requirements for high concurrency and operational flexibility in Turkey. HoduPBX was provisioned as a hosted, carrier-oriented PBX platform supporting the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category and explicitly intended to handle very large concurrent call volumes for TurkNet's voice service offering.
The implementation focused on carrier-class call control and SIP session management, multi-tenant provisioning and capacity scaling consistent with PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems functionality. Operational scope covered TurkNet's carrier voice services across its Turkish footprint, with configuration and service orchestration workflows established to support rapid provisioning and flexible service configurations, and governance concentrated on runbooks and service-level configuration to maintain scalability and operational resilience.
