Governance activities included business process discovery, configuration-led rollout planning by Clients First Business Solutions, and embedding the EDI module into operational procedures to shift resource allocation away from paperwork toward growth activities. Outcomes explicitly reported by the customer include cutting order entry staff by 66 percent and a stated reduction of 200 percent of trade spend, and an ability to reinvest human resources back into growing the business as a result of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the EDI module.
