NovaBACKUP Legacy NovaBACKUP Disaster Recovery Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) IaaS n/a 2010 2010 In 2010 U. S. Internet Corp. implemented NovaBACKUP Disaster Recovery to provide Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) for its hosting and SaaS infrastructure in the United States. The deployment was positioned as an infrastructure level backup and disaster recovery program focused on server resiliency and rapid recovery for hosting services. The implementation used NovaStor NovaBACKUP DataCenter as the enterprise and server backup and disaster recovery engine, configured to protect and orchestrate backups across hundreds of physical and virtual servers. Module usage is inferred as enterprise and server backup, automated recovery orchestration, and centralized backup management consistent with NovaBACKUP Disaster Recovery capabilities. Operational scope covered U. S. data center infrastructure and hosting operations, with the deployment scaled to hundreds of servers to protect hosting and SaaS workloads. The project consolidated backup operations under NovaBACKUP Disaster Recovery and replaced prior Symantec and CommVault products, centralizing backup policy enforcement and restore workflows across the server estate. Rollout and governance changes established centralized backup administration and standardized recovery procedures for hosting operations. Reported outcomes included substantial reductions in licensing and operating costs following the consolidation to NovaBACKUP Disaster Recovery.
