In 2016 UCM Digital Health implemented Bizmatics Telemedicine to deliver virtual concierge care for Upstate Concierge Medicine and to scale access across the Albany and Northeastern US region. The deployment leveraged Bizmatics Telemedicine in the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category alongside PrognoCIS telemedicine and EHR capabilities to support clinical virtual visits and patient records within the same vendor stack.
The implementation emphasized telemedicine platform modules including synchronous audio video consultations, patient scheduling, and subscription billing workflows. Scheduling was integrated with patient enrollment and visit orchestration, and the project explicitly included a payments integration with Integrity to enable recurring monthly payments and subscription management for patients, aligning billing and appointment workflows.
Operational scope covered concierge primary care delivery across the Albany and broader Northeastern US region, impacting patient access, scheduling operations, and revenue capture through subscription payments. Rollout included embedding subscription billing processes and payment automation, and the combined use of Bizmatics Telemedicine and PrognoCIS expanded geographic reach while enabling new subscription revenue models.
