Operational coverage centered on the finance function and project accounting for engineering projects, with Accounts Assistant users executing transaction processing and the Financial Controller generating cost reports to assist project managers and posting payroll transactions. Payment runs were prepared and set up through the bank as part of the AP workflow, and bank account reconciliations were maintained within Sage 50 to support ongoing governance and financial control.
