Integrations were explicitly implemented with Brivo for 24-hour door security management, enabling a unified operational experience where access control events and membership status are coordinated. Operational scope covers the Stamford Connecticut facility and touches core business functions including operations, sales, marketing and finance, with Director of Operations Shane Nizzardo leading day to day use and enrollment processes. Governance and rollout were executed through iterative package redesigns with Member Solutions support guiding configuration decisions and go live sequencing. Results documented by the customer include growth from 176 members to over 2,200 members, continuous online access for remote management, one-button facility lock capability via Brivo integration, and consolidated use of Member Solutions Event Registration for billing, payroll, marketing, scheduling, taxes and sales.
