In 2015 Underground Fitness implemented Member Solutions Event Registration to support its strategic shift from a boutique personal training studio to a larger 24-hour facility. Member Solutions Event Registration, classified under Event Management, was adopted to manage class and event registration workflows alongside membership packaging and front-desk enrollment.
The deployment was provisioned online and configured to centralize billing, payroll, marketing, scheduling, taxes, sales and event registration capabilities within a single application instance. Configuration work focused on redesigning membership packages, enabling mobile enrollment workflows so staff could sign up new members on a cell phone, and automating recurring billing and scheduling tasks to support higher membership velocity.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with Brivo for 24-hour door security management, enabling a unified operational experience where access control events and membership status are coordinated. Operational scope covers the Stamford Connecticut facility and touches core business functions including operations, sales, marketing and finance, with Director of Operations Shane Nizzardo leading day to day use and enrollment processes.
Governance and rollout were executed through iterative package redesigns with Member Solutions support guiding configuration decisions and go live sequencing. Results documented by the customer include growth from 176 members to over 2,200 members, continuous online access for remote management, one-button facility lock capability via Brivo integration, and consolidated use of Member Solutions Event Registration for billing, payroll, marketing, scheduling, taxes and sales.
