The approach followed category-aligned workflows for talent attraction, candidate pool segmentation, candidate relationship nurturing, and integration-centre dependent orchestration for recruitment event and campaign data.
Named integrations were designed and built into the solution, explicitly including iTrent, Microsoft Identity Manager, and TalentLink. Integration design covered identity provisioning, candidate data exchange, and synchronization between Applicant Tracking and HR record systems, with configuration points routed through the integration centre where required. Operational coverage focused on HR systems configuration, recruitment and onboarding processes, and technical links to payroll and identity services.
Project governance activities included support for project management, risks and issues, and governance oversight by the client and Cognizant delivery leads.
