These integrations connected financial transactions, expense and billing data, and master data between Oracle E-Business Suite and the specialized systems. Operational ownership was held within Technology Services Enterprise Applications under a manager responsible for the application portfolio, supporting business unit leaders in finance, procurement, maintenance, HR, payroll and operations. Governance emphasized centralized application stewardship, coordinated configuration and rollout across the airport authority, and integration stewardship to align Oracle E-Business Suite with existing billing, expense and maintenance systems.

The solution was consumed as a cloud HRIS and configured to support HR operational workflows and integration points typical for airport operations and corporate support functions. Operationally the Technology Services Enterprise Applications team led configuration and day to day administration, aligning the SuccessFactors deployment with adjacent enterprise systems that the team managed. Integrations and data flows were established with payroll and timekeeping, recruitment and learning systems, finance and expense platforms, document signing, and business intelligence tooling as part of an integrated HR to Finance and operational data landscape. The implementation supported HR, payroll, talent acquisition, learning, finance, and reporting workflows while centralizing core employee data governance within Technology Services.
