FIS Global Legacy FIS GETPAID AR Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, Volkswagen Credit implemented FIS GETPAID as the AR Automation component of a broader program named Cloverleaf, designed to move Volkswagen Credit source systems into a hosted suite of FIS products. FIS GETPAID was positioned to support core Accounts Receivables functionality within an enterprise program that also included Customer Servicing, Customer Relationship Management Interaction, and End of Lease capabilities. The implementation centered on configuring FIS GETPAID to manage accounts receivable workflows consistent with AR Automation functionality, including invoicing, collections orchestration, cash application, and dispute handling. Configuration work was organized into sub-projects to align AR processing with the program level design, and to ensure automated receivables processing could interoperate with the broader customer servicing and remarketing processes. Integrations were a primary technical focus, existing jobs that fetched data from Accounts Receivable Lease Pak and Remarketing Applications were rewritten to accept feeds from the new FIS systems Auto Finance AF and Default Manager DM, and to populate a new Oracle Data Warehouse. The solution was deployed in a hosted environment and integrated across AR, customer service, remarketing, and end of lease operational domains within Volkswagen Credit. Program governance for Cloverleaf was structured as a strategic program with multiple sub-projects, emphasizing phased rollout, reengineering of data ingestion jobs, and coordinated cutover of receivables feeds into the Oracle Data Warehouse. Change control and cross functional coordination between AR, customer servicing, CRM Interaction, and remarketing teams were central to the implementation plan.

Alvaria Legacy Alvaria Workforce (formerly Aspect Workforce Optimization) Workforce Management HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Volkswagen Credit implemented Alvaria Workforce (formerly Aspect Workforce Optimization) as part of a targeted Workforce Management initiative to strengthen contact center staffing and collections operations. The Alvaria Workforce deployment aimed to give VCI supervisors centralized tools to plan, schedule and optimize agent coverage across collections and customer service functions. The implementation centered on Aspect® eWorkforce Management™ to enable forecasting, schedule creation and adherence monitoring, and it incorporated Aspect® Unison® Predictive Dialer together with Aspect® Campaign Optimizer™ for outbound collections orchestration. Volkswagen Credit also leveraged Aspect® Customer Self-Service IVR™ to automate payment processing and Aspect® Enterprise Contact Server™ to drive improved screen pops with customer account information. Integrations were explicit and operational, the predictive dialer and campaign optimizer were integrated with the existing Aspect® CallCenter® ACD to orchestrate outbound dialing at optimal times, and the IVR and contact server were connected to customer account workflows to automate payments and agent desktop data presentation. The deployment covered contact center supervisors and collections agents, aligning workforce scheduling with outbound campaign cadence. Governance and workflow changes focused on giving supervisors actionable staffing intelligence and aligning campaign execution to scheduled staffing windows, enabling operations to prioritize automated payment flows and scheduled outbound activity. Volkswagen Credit reported a significant return on investment from its Aspect® Customer Self-Service IVR™ and Aspect® Enterprise Contact Server™, while the combined Alvaria Workforce and Aspect outbound suite was positioned to reduce vehicle repossession risk by improving contact timing and operational coordination.

Fiserv Legacy Fiserv Signature Bank Platform Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Volkswagen Credit implemented Fiserv Signature Bank Platform as its Core Banking application. Operational evidence from September 2017 to April 2018 shows the platform driving funding and contract processing workflows within the captive finance organization. Configuration focused on funding and contract management capabilities in the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform, with explicit activities for filing full funding packages, inspecting contracts for accuracy, and auditing deals to confirm each document included customer signature, date, Vehicle Information Number, and mileage. Functional workflows incorporated funding approval validation and compliance checks to ensure deals were funded as approved and remained within Federal guidelines. Day-to-day operations included retrieval of incoming mail and systematic filing of contracts, with communications and interoffice mail logged on Excel spreadsheets to provide a manual audit trail. Funding representatives and auditors used the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform to audit deals, troubleshoot transactions, and contact dealers to verify or correct information, indicating the application supported back-office funding orchestration and dealer liaison functions. Governance emphasized document-level verification and audit checkpoints, embedding inspection steps into the funding workflow and requiring confirmation of required fields before funding authorization. The Fiserv Signature Bank Platform was positioned as the Core Banking engine for Volkswagen Credit funding operations, contract control, compliance checks, dealer communications, and transaction troubleshooting.
