In 2014, Washington State Patrol implemented Omnixx Enterprise, a CRM application provided and implemented by Datamaxx, deploying the Omnixx Message Broker as a statewide message switch to provide CJIS data access across regional and local agencies in Washington State. Functional capabilities implemented included enterprise message brokering, secure CJIS data routing, and operational message switching to support continuous exchange of law enforcement records and queries.
Integrations were executed to connect regional and local agency CJIS endpoints and agency information systems, enabling statewide data access and automated message flow between participating agencies. The architecture was oriented as a centralized statewide message switch, providing a single point for message orchestration and routing while interfacing with distributed agency systems.
Governance emphasis focused on statewide interoperability for public safety and criminal justice workflows, with operational coverage across Washington State law enforcement agencies. The implementation delivered high-volume transaction handling reported at approximately 1.25M transactions per day and improved statewide interoperability for CJIS exchanges.
