Governance and process responsibilities centered on managing the outsourced end to end payroll relationship, coordinating monthly payroll cycles, resolving complex payroll issues, and liaising with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure alignment on annual bonuses and salaries. The role also identified areas for improvement in payroll processing, ensured compliance with government and state regulations, and delivered payroll deadlines and audit support as part of the ADP PayForce Payroll operating model.
