In 2016, Whistl deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 as its ERP Financial system for core finance and billing operations. The implementation was delivered by Creative in Burnham and aimed to centralise financial ledger and billing workflows.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV was configured with modules for general ledger, purchase ledger, sales ledger, item management, a customised billing process, fixed assets, cashbook, cash flow and intercompany accounting.
