Configuration centered on eCompensation modules common to compensation lifecycle management, including merit and bonus planning workflows, approval routing, and manager self-service compensation actions. The implementation included explicit integrations with recruiting and onboarding products, notably SilkRoad Open Hire and Red Carpet, with defined data transfer processes to provision new hire records into PeopleSoft HRIS. Work also aligned with PeopleSoft eProfile rollouts across US and international offices and implementation of eBenefits for US staff and attorneys, and the PeopleSoft HRIS was extended to London, Brussels, Berlin and Frankfurt. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical work, including standardized recruiting and onboarding processes firm-wide, documented process flows, and defined system requirements and metrics to govern new hire data movement into PeopleSoft HRIS. Ongoing HRIS administration responsibilities continued to support international office operations and consolidated HR transactional workflows under the PeopleSoft environment.
