In 2014 Windermere implemented MYOB Greentree as its ERP Financial solution to centralize accounting and statutory reporting for Windermere Child & Family Services in Narre Warren VIC. The deployment targeted the finance and administration function of a not for profit organization with approximately 140 staff, standardizing general ledger, bank reconciliation, and month end close workflows across the Narre Warren site.
MYOB Greentree was configured to support bank and general ledger reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, recurring and manual journals, accounts payable and accounts receivable, fixed assets register maintenance, and preparation of monthly management accounts. The application also captured processes for monthly Installment Activity Statement processing and quarterly BAS reporting, and included transaction workflows to record and reconcile government grant funding and related accruals.
Operational coverage focused on the finance team including assistant accountants responsible for month end, reconciliations, statutory audit support, and liaison with auditors, as well as accounts payable and receivable functions. Staff workflows relied on Greentree alongside advanced Excel for financial analysis, monthly budgetary control, and contributions to the annual budgeting process.
Governance changes embedded within the implementation included documented month end procedures, approval and access controls to support IFRS AASB accounting requirements, and structured audit deliverables for year end statutory reporting. The MYOB Greentree deployment supported ongoing compliance activities such as BAS submissions and grant reconciliations without reference to any named prior system.

In 2016 Windermere implemented ELMO Learning Management as its centralized learning platform. ELMO Learning Management was deployed to support Windermere's Learning and Development program, delivering the organisation's first online induction program and shifting training from localized delivery to a centralized L+D framework across South East Victoria.
Deployment was governed by the Human Resources Manager and a small HR team including a Learning and Development Coordinator and HR Coordinator, who managed course authoring, enrollments, compliance tracking and learner reporting. Functional capabilities implemented with ELMO Learning Management included online induction, structured compliance training, role based learning paths and administrative reporting integrated into HR operational workflows.
ELMO Learning Management operated alongside the organisation's HRIS ConnX under consolidated HR oversight, enabling coordinated workforce learning administration and alignment of training records with personnel data. The rollout covered procurement, content development and operationalisation, with the HR team embedding the system into onboarding and ongoing capability programs for frontline service teams.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, including the creation of a documented HR framework, standardized induction workflows and management reporting to the Director Corporate Business. The implementation centralized Windermere's Learning and Development capability and operationalised the organisation's first Learning Management System ELMO to ensure consistent learning outcomes across its South East Victoria operations.
