The deployment relied on internal SAP R/3 module integration rather than named third party systems, and training artifacts were produced to support operational teams across production, logistics and sales functions. tt knowledge force served as the authoring solution used by Torres authors, its re-recording capability enabled fast updates and translations of existing content, and the tool was explicitly applied beyond the SAP environment to other applications in use at Torres. Governance for the rollout emphasized structured authoring and staged training releases, with documentation teams owning content versioning and language updates to support a multi-level user adoption plan. tt knowledge forces authoring features reduced the overhead of updating translated content and supported continuous documentation maintenance across software environments. As an explicit result Torres training created a broad base of reusable learning assets and positioned the training department to produce materials for additional applications in the estate.
