The implementation addressed core Payment Processing modules including payment authorization, settlement routing, tokenization for card on file and recurring billing patterns, and hosted or embedded payment pages to reduce card data exposure. Operational scope concentrated on website e-commerce and customer payments, driving changes to checkout workflows and merchant configuration, and establishing payment operations governance for transaction handling within Bambora Payment Processing.

In 2021, Worldline implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits in Benefits Administration. The deployment was led by a global HR team that established a single point of contact to drive implementation, ongoing evolution, and global ownership of the application.
The implementation centered on the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits model, with deep configuration of benefits data models, eligibility and enrollment workflows, and policy-driven rules to support global benefits administration. Configuration work included release management responsibilities and subject matter expertise in SAP SF C&B to support continuous configuration updates and feature enablement.
Operational scope included global HR and local HR teams with a practical presence in France and hybrid operations in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, positioning the application as the central benefits record for the company. The program anticipated functional touchpoints with other SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance, and Talent Acquisition to maintain coherent HR record management and employee lifecycle alignment.
Governance emphasized release management, security, end-user access controls, and data integrity across HR platforms, with a named Senior HRIS Specialist acting as the application SPOC. The rollout framework specified translating HR objectives into technical requirements, implementing process improvements and policy changes to improve efficiency and the user experience, and partnering with stakeholders to streamline and automate HR workflows.

In 2014, Worldline Baltics implemented eazyBI with Jira to centralize customer service reporting that had been managed in spreadsheets. Worldline implemented eazyBI as an Analytics and BI application to provide a single reporting layer for customer service and support operations in Latvia.
The implementation configured centralized dashboards and interval time-bucket reporting capabilities in eazyBI, enabling time-series analysis and SLA exception detection. eazyBI dashboards were instrumented to surface backlog trends and highlight service level breaches through scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Integration with Jira provided the data feed for ticket metrics, volumes, and lifecycle timestamps, aligning eazyBI reporting with operational casework. The deployment scope focused on customer service and support in the Baltics region, with dashboards shared across cross-functional teams and made safe for customer access through governed report distribution.
Governance changes concentrated on standardized SLA tracking, reduced reporting latency, and controlled report sharing workflows. As implemented, eazyBI improved SLA visibility, enabled safer external reporting to customers, and made backlog issues visible through interval reporting without introducing named third party integrators.
