eXant Software Polska Legacy eXant BPM Business Process Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2021 In 2020, Wydawnictwa Szkolne I Pedagogiczne Poland implemented eXant BPM, a Business Process Management application, to automate core workflow areas. The deployment used eXant BPM iBuilder capabilities to digitize cyclic employee evaluations in HR, and to orchestrate procurement and contract workflows while supporting supplier verification and document and template generation across the organization in Poland. The implementation leveraged modules aligned to HR process management, procurement workflow orchestration, and an eDocument and template registry, with configuration focused on approval routing, document generation, and built in reporting. eXant BPM was configured to provide template-driven contract assembly, structured evaluation forms for recurring employee assessments, and a registry to manage standardized documents and templates for procurement and supplier checks. Operational coverage centered on HR and procurement functions, with cross-functional workflow participation from stakeholder groups involved in supplier verification and contract approval. The solution was used throughout the company in Poland to centralize process execution, and to create consistent process instances and audit trails for recurring evaluations and purchasing actions. Governance adjustments included formalizing approval matrices and process ownership to support the automated workflows, plus introducing process controls and reporting to monitor execution. The implementation improved approvals, reporting and process control across the organization in Poland, while standardizing document templates and verification steps via eXant BPM.
