In 2015 Xactly implemented ADP Workforce Now Payroll as its core Payroll engine to centralize end to end payroll processing for approximately 1000 employees in the United States and 58 employees in Canada. The deployment positioned ADP Workforce Now Payroll as the operational system of record for wage and salary administration across the professional services organization.
Implementation work focused on configuring ADP Workforce Now Payroll functional modules for timekeeping validation, new hire onboarding data entry, W4 administration, direct deposit setup, wage and hourly rate maintenance, salary changes, voluntary deductions such as 401k, leave tracking for vacation and sick time, leave of absence handling, terminations, and bonus and commission posting. The team also established processes for manual check requests and ad hoc payroll adjustments, and maintained automated payroll registers and standard reporting within ADP Workforce Now Payroll.
Integrations and operational coverage included a US time and attendance implementation executed in collaboration with ADP, and continuous coordination with the Payroll Manager and the payroll vendor for cross functional payroll issues.
