Best Practice Software Legacy Bp Premier Medical Practice Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2016
In 2015, Yotkom Medical Centre Uganda implemented Bp Premier, a Medical Practice Management application provided by Best Practice Software, at its Kitgum clinic in northern Uganda. The deployment was conducted under a corporate-partnership program in which Best Practice supplied discounted licences and training to strengthen patient record keeping and clinical follow-up processes. The implementation concentrated on configuring Bp Premier for clinical record management, patient registration, encounter documentation, and structured follow-up workflows consistent with Medical Practice Management functionality. Best Practice assisted with licence provisioning and staff training, and the project included configuring patient record templates and data entry protocols to align with local clinical workflows for a 45 employee health centre. Operational coverage was centered on clinical and administrative users at the Kitgum site, impacting clinicians and front-desk staff responsible for intake and follow-up. Governance activities focused on staff training and workflow configuration, and the engagement explicitly supported clinical record management and staff training outcomes as reported by the partnership.
