In 2016, Zego implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as part of its Business Operations and System Standards BOSS initiative. The Data Track Lead coordinated multiple teams to migrate and integrate data flows from Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceCloud, Jira and SF CPQ to enable coherent financial and operational processes.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to meet core ERP Financial requirements, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue posting and financial close workflows. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts standardization, transaction mapping and master data consolidation for customers, vendors and items to support end to end accounting and reporting.
Integration efforts consolidated customer service, sales and development system data, using data pipelines and middleware patterns to synchronize case and ticket data from Zendesk and ServiceCloud, opportunity and order data from Salesforce and SF CPQ, and project and issue records from Jira into Oracle NetSuite ERP. These integrations supported cross functional processes across finance, sales and customer support and established canonical data models for transactional flows.
Governance under the BOSS program placed the Data Track Lead in charge of migration sequencing, validation rules and system standards for data quality and record ownership. The rollout emphasized phased cutovers, cross team coordination and enforcement of data governance to provision financial modules within Oracle NetSuite ERP and to standardize operational controls.

In 2019, PayLease deployed LinkedIn Learning as its primary Learning and Development platform to scale training across the organization. PayLease is a payments and resident billing software provider that established a formal L&D function beginning in 2018, and the LinkedIn Learning investment was positioned to serve a company of roughly 350 employees and support rapid skills development across entry and mid level roles.
The implementation centered on content library adoption and curriculum curation rather than heavy technical customization, with PayLease’s nascent L&D team creating New Hire Bootcamps for the Sales organization and using LinkedIn Learning to fill gaps the small internal team could not produce. PayLease configured LinkedIn Learning to support onboarding and career development pathways, and the L&D group of three curated learning playlists and role-aligned content to accelerate ramp and promotion readiness.
Operational rollout began with a controlled pilot of 25 staff across departments for a two week test run, followed by a companywide rollout supported by an informal network of learning champions and targeted communications. The deployment covered Sales onboarding and extended to companywide professional development, with LinkedIn Learning embedded into onboarding workflows and ongoing career development programming rather than as a separate one off initiative.
Governance and adoption management were driven by the L&D team and learning champions who enforced usage through role based recommendations and bootcamp integration. Early outcomes reported by PayLease include rapid adoption and engagement, with 240 employees completing 17,657 LinkedIn Learning videos within nine months, and leadership reporting positive effects on recruiting and internal mobility.
