Integration efforts consolidated customer service, sales and development system data, using data pipelines and middleware patterns to synchronize case and ticket data from Zendesk and ServiceCloud, opportunity and order data from Salesforce and SF CPQ, and project and issue records from Jira into Oracle NetSuite ERP. These integrations supported cross functional processes across finance, sales and customer support and established canonical data models for transactional flows. Governance under the BOSS program placed the Data Track Lead in charge of migration sequencing, validation rules and system standards for data quality and record ownership. The rollout emphasized phased cutovers, cross team coordination and enforcement of data governance to provision financial modules within Oracle NetSuite ERP and to standardize operational controls.

Early outcomes reported by PayLease include rapid adoption and engagement, with 240 employees completing 17,657 LinkedIn Learning videos within nine months, and leadership reporting positive effects on recruiting and internal mobility.
