Process governance changes included centralizing invoice intake and formalizing payment approval responsibilities within the accounting team to improve control and auditability.
The transition from Microsoft Dynamics SL to Intuit QuickBooks Desktop was described by staff as laborious and meticulous, and it provided an operational stepping stone before the organization moved to Deltek Vision CRM.
