In 2015, Suncadia implemented Agilysys Pay in the Payment Processing category as part of a broader Agilysys solution suite that included InfoGenesis POS, InfoGenesis Flex and rGuest Pay to streamline food and beverage operations and secure credit card payment. The solution architecture emphasized strong offline capabilities to maintain transactions when Wi Fi connectivity is inconsistent, and integrated the Agilysys applications with a wide variety of third party providers as required by resort operations. Operational access was extended to managers on the floor through InfoGenesis tools to enable real time oversight and on the go adjustments to service and revenue capture.
Governance focused on consolidating point of sale and payment gateway selection to meet the management teams requirement for end to end card security and seamless guest service.
