All American Seasonings, | Consumer Packaged Goods | 50 | $5M | United States | BatchMaster Software | BatchMaster Inventory | Inventory Management | 2012 | n/a |
In 2012, All American Seasonings implemented BatchMaster Inventory, an Inventory Management application, as part of a BatchMaster ERP Food configuration to centralize operations and standardize data across the business. The deployment targeted consolidation of hundreds of finished products, thousands of ingredients and corresponding recipes into a single database to support real-time decision making for production, R&D and commercial teams.
BatchMaster Inventory was configured with industry-specific capabilities common to BatchMaster ERP Food, including lot strength tracking for brix and concentration, catch weight handling, nutritional labeling, HACCP management, allergen management and Kosher Halal certification support. The Inventory Management configuration also incorporated zone pricing and FDA compliance utilities, Sample Request Management for iterative R&D trial runs, and Product Cost Evaluation linked to the quotation and sales order workflow to assess cost of goods across multiple package sizes.
The implementation included real-time inventory visibility and an easy interface to external systems, explicitly integrating with accounting systems and importation of FDA databases. Operational coverage extended across the companys R&D, production floor, packaging operations and sales order processes at the new 40,000 square foot production facility that supports high-volume output and complex packaging mixes.
Governance was reorganized around a single accountable source of data to reduce compartmentalized, person-dependent procedures and to enable standardized workflows across departments. The selection process emphasized out-of-the-box functionality, hands-on performance shootouts and on-site evaluations, and the result was a shared system that supports All American Seasonings core operations and overlays company culture and workflow quickly and cost-effectively.

Bio-Botanica | Manufacturing | 300 | $60M | United States | BatchMaster Software | BatchMaster Inventory | Inventory Management | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018 Bio-Botanica implemented BatchMaster Inventory as part of a broader purchase of BatchMaster ERP to scale production and centralize product lifecycle data. BatchMaster Inventory was deployed to address Inventory Management across Warehousing & Distribution and manufacturing operations while supporting R&D through to finished goods distribution.
The implementation centered on inventory planning and warehouse management capabilities, barcode execution, and paperless manufacturing workflows to manage custom blended solid, semi solid, powdered, and liquid products. Functional capabilities explicitly mapped into the deployment included sample vendor inspection, document management, inbound quality controls, and comprehensive QC and QA features that align with GMP, SOP and GLP procedures and support Kosher and NSF certification maintenance.
Architecturally the BatchMaster ERP deployment was positioned to wrap around SAP Business One, enabling BatchMaster Inventory to operate within a unified transactional backbone while preserving financial and accounting continuity. Operational coverage was defined across multiple warehouses and manufacturing lines, with a focus on forward and backward traceability, inventory quantities and values by site, and lifecycle visibility from R&D through approval to manufacturing and distribution.
Governance and process change was formalized through several months of workflow discovery and diagramming with the Bio Botanica project team, with explicit expectations that those workflow designs be respected and implemented. The scope of business functions impacted included R&D, Quality, Sales & Marketing, Warehousing & Distribution, Purchasing & Planning, and Accounting, and the company signaled intent for BatchMaster Inventory to supplant discrete point solutions such as CRM, LIMS, EQMS, WMS and reporting tools where functional fit is confirmed.
Bio Botanica expects the BatchMaster Inventory deployment to reduce duplicative processes, eliminate paper based transactions and redundant data entry, and to deliver a single source of truth for product and vendor history. The project narrative emphasizes inventory orchestration, traceability, and consolidated operational control as primary outcomes to be realized after rollout.

Biscomerica | Consumer Packaged Goods | 250 | $30M | United States | BatchMaster Software | BatchMaster Inventory | Inventory Management | 2017 | n/a |
In 2017, Biscomerica implemented BatchMaster Inventory, an application in the Inventory Management category to formalize warehouse and production inventory capture. The deployment focused on warehouse operations supporting raw ingredients and temperature sensitive finished chocolate products, aligning the application to production feeding and outbound order staging workflows.
BatchMaster Inventory was configured for lot and traceability controls, with operators recording RM numbers, Lot Codes, and weights for each receipt and transfer. The implementation supported finished goods staging by PO, inventory transfers and returns, and temperature controlled inventory handling, reflecting functional inventory modules such as lot management, receipt and issue transactions, and physical staging workflows.
Operational records indicate BatchMaster Inventory was used to transfer information between warehouses and that paper forms from warehouse transactions were routinely copied into Excel, establishing a manual export and reporting pattern alongside the system of record. The system was embedded into daily warehouse tasks including staging of POs for shipment, pallet identification, and coordination with production movements, demonstrating integration of BatchMaster Inventory into shop floor to warehouse handoffs.
Governance and process changes emphasized procedural controls consistent with food safety requirements, operators following GMP and HACCP practices while using BatchMaster Inventory to document lot codes and incoming inspection results. The implementation documented standard work for shift handoffs and single operator warehouse management, formalizing inventory capture and physical staging processes without introducing named external system integrations beyond the documented Excel exports.
