In 2018 Akdas Dokum Turkey implemented Bilisim ERP to integrate production, inventory, planning and finance processes across its foundries and machining plants in Turkey. The initial deployment focused on unifying manufacturing and corporate finance data to improve traceability and enable job order level costing across shop floor operations and back office accounting.
Bilisim ERP was activated with a suite of modules reported by the vendor, including Stock, Purchasing, Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Accounting and HR. In 2016 Pinar Dokum Turkey deployed Bilisim ERP in a multi year project with a three year duration to consolidate six previously disparate systems and unify stock, sales, purchasing, planning, production, quality, maintenance, finance and HR processes in Turkey. Pinar Dokum Turkey implemented Bilisim ERP, an ERP Financial application, to centralize finance and Muhasebe alongside operational transaction flows.
Functional modules implemented included stock management, sales order processing, purchasing, production planning and execution, quality control, maintenance management, finance and Muhasebe, and human resources. Configuration work emphasized master data harmonization, standardization of transactional workflows, and integrated accounting posting logic consistent with ERP Financial capabilities.
The deployment established integrated data flows across operational and financial modules, connecting inventory transactions to finance postings and linking production and planning records to quality and maintenance histories. The project scope was domestic, covering Pinar Dokum Turkey sites and business functions for manufacturing, supply chain and corporate accounting.

In 2016 Tega Turkey deployed Bilisim ERP to centralize inventory, warehouse and production planning for its large SKU and pallet volumes in Turkey. Bilisim ERP was used as an ERP Financial application to consolidate depot workflows and bring inventory accuracy and operational control into a single system across manufacturing and logistics functions.
The implementation included Bilisim mobile Depot/Warehouse and mobile quality capabilities, with explicit mobile depo and warehouse management and quality integrations implemented as part of the core solution. Functional scope covered inventory control, warehouse task management, production planning inputs and mobile quality inspections, aligning handheld data capture with back office financial and inventory records.
The rollout was executed in about eight months and was reported in vendor and industry press, bringing paperless depot operations into service across the companys Turkey sites. Operational coverage focused on warehouse, depot and production planning teams, and the deployment materially reduced stock errors while enabling paperless depot workflows as part of ongoing operations.
