In 2020, ClubsNSW partnered with RosterElf to commission and roll out ClubsHR across its member network. ClubsHR, categorized as Core HR, was deployed to provide centralized HR and payroll/process automation for New South Wales registered clubs, targeting approximately 1,200 clubs and 40,000 employees.
The implementation delivered core functional modules including rostering, time and attendance capture, award interpretation and payroll integration. Configuration work emphasized award rules and automated rostering workflows to support hospitality sector scheduling and statutory timekeeping, while ClubsHR provided the central application for employee records and payroll-ready time data.
RosterElf acted as the commissioning and rollout partner for the network scale deployment, coordinating club onboarding and regional rollout across New South Wales. The engagement explicitly included integration of ClubsHR with payroll processes for member clubs and focused operational coverage on HR and payroll workflows for registered clubs in the state.
Governance for the program was structured around network rollout and joint product development, the effort resulting in ongoing joint product activity and a long-term partnership extension between ClubsNSW and RosterElf. The implementation positioned ClubsHR as the Core HR platform supporting HR and payroll automation across the ClubsNSW member ecosystem.

In 2021 Wauchope Country Club implemented ClubsHR to streamline staff management at its New South Wales venue, using ClubsHR within the Core HR category to centralize rostering, time and attendance and payroll workflows.
