Straticon configured the full suite of CMiC Mobile applications and Collaborate/Project Gateway to provide real time access to job level metrics and documents for field teams. Pre packaged integrations with DocuSign and PlanGrid were enabled to unify electronic signatures and plan set coordination with job records, and field staff were enabled to create potential change orders and subcontract records onsite using smartphones and tablets.
The implementation was delivered with support from CMiC Global Services, which provided configuration guidance, training and a direct account management channel for issue resolution. Governance emphasized unified workflows between project controls and accounting, with mobile and gateway processes restructured to minimize handoff friction between field operations and the back office.
Straticon reported automation of many field processes, reduced duplicate entry on PCOs and subcontracts, and continuously updated profit margin visibility at the job level through CMiC Mobile.
