The deployment integrated with core infrastructure tooling explicitly managed by Formaplex IT, including Active Directory for account and access control, VMware vSphere for virtual machine protection, and coexistence monitoring alongside Backup Exec. Operational monitoring and device health data were correlated with SolarWinds, and hardware incident remediation workflows included logging calls with Hewlett Packard Enterprise for switch and blade issues and monitoring Dell server hardware for drive failures.
Operational governance included precise system documentation, team knowledge capture using OneNote 2016, and routine ticketing and escalation for backup incidents, reflecting existing on premise server room administration and multi-site support tasks.
