In 2024 Expereo implemented Enxoo Billing as the first phase of a global lead to cash program. Enxoo Billing, classified as Subscription and Recurring Billing, was selected to centralize invoicing and order records across Expereo's managed connectivity services and to provide a single source of truth for billing data.
The deployment concentrated on core billing and subscription capabilities together with quoting and multi supplier fulfillment orchestration. Configuration work covered order to cash workflows, recurring billing schedules, invoice generation, and centralized order record management to support complex supplier relationships and recurring service models.
Enxoo served as the implementation partner for the rollout, delivering the billing modules first as a foundation for subsequent phases. The scope of the rollout encompassed order management, finance and commercial teams across Expereo's worldwide operations, aligning quoting, fulfillment and billing processes under a unified application.
Governance for the program used a phased release approach with billing prioritized to stabilize invoices and order data flows before expanding to other lead to cash areas. In 2018 Nexera Poland implemented Enxoo Billing as part of a zero touch, Salesforce based BSS and OSS to automate invoice generation, corrections and delivery for its FTTH wholesale business in Poland. The project was executed with Enxoo as the implementation partner and focused on automating recurring revenue flows in the wholesale channel.
Enxoo Billing was configured to drive automated billing item creation that is directly tied to CPQ changes, covering invoice generation, corrective invoicing and electronic delivery. The implementation leveraged Subscription and Recurring Billing functionality to manage recurring charge schedules, usage reconciliation and billing adjustments consistent with operator wholesale workflows.
The deployment integrated with Nexera s Salesforce based BSS and CPQ workflows to create an order to invoice automation path, enabling data continuity between sales configuraton, provisioning events and billing records. Operational coverage targeted billing and finance functions and wholesale commercial operations in Poland, aligning billing outputs to wholesale customer contracts and provisioning events.
Governance and process changes emphasized zero touch billing operations, automated error handling and a controlled corrections workflow to reduce manual intervention. Outcomes reported by the operator included automated billing items tied to CPQ changes, error free invoices and improved cashflow visibility for Nexera s FTTH wholesale business.
