Cricket Australia | Leisure and Hospitality | 210 | $270M | Australia | Eptura | Eptura Condeco | Digital Workspace | 2025 | n/a | In 2025 Cricket Australia implemented Eptura Condeco as a Digital Workspace booking and occupancy management solution at its Melbourne headquarters. The deployment targeted the head office population of roughly 260 employees including 35 staff relocated into the main building, with the explicit objective of enabling flexible work, managing capacity and addressing COVID related concerns such as limiting office capacity and supporting contact tracing. The implementation centered on Condeco workspace booking software and analytics capabilities, using configurable workspace attributes, booking visibility for colleagues, and a neighborhood functionality that provides preferential access for groups. Configuration included desk attribute cataloging to indicate one of three computer setups per desk, capacity controls to open or close desks and floors, and a default social distancing rule that made every second desk available. Cricket Australia worked in partnership with Amicus and Eptura's Condeco team for rapid onboarding, with the system fully operational in just over four weeks. Operational rollout moved from an initial open booking model where every workspace was bookable by anyone, to a structured approach with pre allocation of floors to teams and neighborhood based access rules, and the solution sent booking related communications via email to reinforce mask and safety guidance. Governance changes included formalizing desk booking as the primary office attendance mechanism, assigning neighborhood access rights by team, and using capacity controls to respond quickly to changing occupancy rules and movement policies within the building. The system was also used to support contact tracing workflows by capturing booking records tied to individuals and locations. Outcomes reported in the case study included smooth and rapid onboarding, broad employee acceptance with a majority preferring the structured flexible model over unstructured hot desking, executive adoption of shared workstations, and use of Condeco analytics to produce day by day occupancy reports which identified Thursdays as the busiest office day.

Rendall and Rittner | Construction and Real Estate | 1100 | $180M | United Kingdom | Eptura | Eptura Condeco | Digital Workspace | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, Rendall and Rittner implemented Eptura Condeco as their Digital Workspace resource booking application. Eptura Condeco was introduced to centralize workplace scheduling and desk and room reservations across the group. The deployment targeted the organisation’s head office population of circa 600 users and an expanding population of 400 plus onsite staff, supporting nationwide offices. Configuration focused on standard Digital Workspace capabilities such as desk booking, room scheduling and workplace reservation workflows, aligned with existing IT service desk operations. The implementation was configured to interoperate with the company’s Microsoft estate, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Teams, enabling coordinated user authentication and calendar-aware booking workflows. The environment sits alongside endpoint and device management tools managed by the IT team, including Microsoft Intune and Endpoint protection, to ensure consistent account provisioning and device-level access control. Operational governance was run through the internal Service Desk and Change Advisory Board, with the Service Desk team leader overseeing rollout, user onboarding and ongoing support. The programme leveraged existing onboarding and M365 tenant onboarding processes to bring new sites and users into the Eptura Condeco booking environment, and support responsibilities were absorbed into routine IT service management and continuous service improvement practices.

Severn Trent Water | Government | 9846 | $3.2B | United Kingdom | Eptura | Eptura Condeco | Digital Workspace | 2022 | n/a | In 2022 Severn Trent Water implemented Eptura Condeco as part of a Digital Workspace initiative to upgrade both hardware and software across the STC and other campuses. The engagement encompassed moving Condeco from an on premises deployment to the Eptura Condeco SaaS offering, aligning workspace scheduling and facility management capabilities with a centralized operational model. The Eptura Condeco deployment focused on workspace booking, room scheduling, and resource management functionality common to the Digital Workspace category, with feature refinement prepared for PI planning. The project team produced user stories, wireframes, use cases, UML diagrams, process maps, dataflow diagrams, and happy and unhappy path scenarios to capture configuration requirements and acceptance criteria. Integrations were implemented and coordinated with back office systems, notably the automation of journalizing payments from the Tramps solution into SAP, and concurrent updates to Target billing System and CMOS SAP billing flows to enact a change in sewerage charge treatment for household and non household customers. Operational scope included Facilities and Estates for workspace tooling, and Finance and Billing for the SAP, Target and CMOS interfaces that support customer billing and payment posting. Governance and rollout relied on facilitated workshops to elicit AS IS process models, identify gaps between business processes and systems, and translate requirements into executable artifacts. Stakeholder identification and iterative refinement were used to move features into PI, with process maps and dataflow diagrams used to define orchestration and handoffs between Condeco, Tramps and SAP billing systems. Outcomes stated by the project included a successful upgrade of Condeco to the SaaS version, successful automation of journalizing from Tramps into SAP which removed manual intervention, and implementation of Target billing System and CMOS SAP billing changes for household and non household customers improving transparency and aligning charging practices with sector best practice as defined by OFWAT. |
