RICE components were developed for forms, reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions consistent with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS patterns. Reporting and analytics were addressed through Excel4apps, Oracle APEX and PowerBI to provide operational and management reporting capabilities.
Tooling and interface architecture included Bitbucket for version control, FlexDeploy as the data migration and deployment orchestration tool, and Jira for backlog, testing and release coordination, reflecting a controlled continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline. Integrations were architected using Integrated SOA Gateway and XML Gateway to expose REST API webservices and support system to system interfaces. The implementation supported HR operations and adjacent core finance application responsibilities noted in project governance.
Program governance formalized resource and work allocation through capacity planning for enhancement estimates, coordinated release management, and continuous maintenance and improvement processes. The team executed structured testing cycles and used FlexDeploy for deployments, with change control tracked in Bitbucket and Jira.
