In 2017, SEI Investments implemented Fortek as an enterprise Recruiting platform to manage workforce automation and hiring workflows. Fourth Technologies was engaged in the design and development of the solution to deliver an enterprise wide platform supporting new hires, temporary consultants, employee transfers, and employee and consultant terminations.

Governance and rollout details reflected a focus on workflow and process standardization, with Fourth Technologies delivering the development and configuration work.
