In 2014, TPBank implemented FPT.iHRP from FPT.COM.VN as its Core HR system to centralize human resources operations. The deployment established FPT.iHRP as the bank's primary application for personnel administration and recruitment workflows.

Implementation scope concentrated on centralizing company HR operations, with configuration and provisioning aligned to Core HR capabilities such as personnel administration, organizational management, time and attendance, leave management, HR self service, and operational reporting. Governance and rollout were structured around vendor delivered deployment and configuration, applying role based access controls and workflow automation for HR transactions to support HR and line manager processes.
