List of GraphQL Customers
San Francisco, 94104-5401, CA,
United States
Since 2010, our global team of researchers has been studying GraphQL customers around the world, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions and perhaps the rise and fall of certain vendors and their products on a quarterly basis.
Each quarter our research team identifies companies that have purchased GraphQL for Apps Development from public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources, including the customer size, industry, location, implementation status, partner involvement, LOB Key Stakeholders and related IT decision-makers contact details.
Companies using GraphQL for Apps Development include: Stibo Group, a Denmark based Professional Services organisation with 2000 employees and revenues of $402.0 million, MosaicML, a United States based Professional Services organisation with 100 employees and revenues of $20.0 million and many others.
Contact us if you need a completed and verified list of companies using GraphQL, including the breakdown by industry (21 Verticals), Geography (Region, Country, State, City), Company Size (Revenue, Employees, Asset) and related IT Decision Makers, Key Stakeholders, business and technology executives responsible for the software purchases.
The GraphQL customer wins are being incorporated in our Enterprise Applications Buyer Insight and Technographics Customer Database which has over 100 data fields that detail company usage of software systems and their digital transformation initiatives. Apps Run The World wants to become your No. 1 technographic data source!

MosaicML | Professional Services | 100 | $20M | United States | GraphQL | GraphQL | Apps Development | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021, MosaicML implemented GraphQL as a core component of its Apps Development stack. GraphQL was deployed as the Middleware layer in a three part cloud infrastructure architecture that also included a Python CLI and a Kubernetes orchestrator written in Golang, with the Middleware developed in Typescript and GraphQL.
The implementation configured GraphQL as a schema driven API gateway to surface research artifacts and platform services. The GraphQL layer was aligned to expose typed parameter models originating in YAHP, the internal hyperparameter system, and to surface endpoints related to the Composer ML framework codebase, enabling consistent typed parameter propagation between the Python CLI and downstream orchestration services.
GraphQL integrated with platform data services and tooling using the technologies listed in the implementation, including PostgreSQL as the persistent store for model configuration data and Kubernetes for runtime orchestration. Operational ownership spanned Platform Engineering and Research Engineering, with the middleware supporting the explorer application that aggregated data from over 4k model configurations for the company launch.
Governance and rollout were driven by the Platform team, which set up engineering workflows and practices while the CLI and Middleware entered implementation mode. GraphQL was explicitly used to standardize API schema governance, automate typed parameter flows into the CLI and orchestrator, and to centralize application layer access across engineering and research functions.

Stibo Group | Professional Services | 2000 | $402M | Denmark | GraphQL | GraphQL | Apps Development | 2022 | n/a |
In 2022, Stibo Group implemented GraphQL within its Apps Development portfolio to support the core multidomain master data management platform. The GraphQL implementation was introduced into the R&D QA community and used by small, cross-functional teams working under an agile mindset, including product managers, architects, developers and QA engineers across the global R&D organization.
GraphQL was deployed as an API layer exposing MDM domains such as product, customer records, locations and suppliers, and was instrumented into automated test suites to support regression, integration and performance testing. Test automation and QA workflows referenced technologies listed by the organization, including Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, TestComplete, Java and JavaScript TypeScript, and QA teams developed and executed test cases and scripts against GraphQL queries and mutations to validate functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
The GraphQL layer operated alongside REST endpoints and was exercised from UNIX based test environments and Kubernetes orchestration tooling, reflecting an Apps Development architecture that includes containerized test deployments. Operational coverage included R&D, QA, and product management, with the GraphQL API serving as the integration surface for front end JavaScript TypeScript clients and backend service components.
Governance and process changes centered on formalizing quality standards and a test strategy within the R&D QA community, organizing comprehensive QA test plans, tracking defects through resolution and embedding GraphQL testing into release readiness gates. QA engineers were charged with maintaining test case tracking and ensuring that GraphQL based interfaces met the product quality expectations defined by Stibo Group.
