Charter Hall | Banking and Financial Services | 471 | $333M | Australia | Honeywell International | Honeywell Sine Visitor Management | Physical Access Control System | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021, Charter Hall implemented Honeywell Sine Visitor Management. The deployment positioned Honeywell Sine Visitor Management as the Physical Access Control System to manage visitor registration and site access workflows within security and facilities operations.
Configuration focused on mapping the project User Journey to application workflows, including digital check in, pre registration, visitor credential issuance, watchlist screening, and event logging, consistent with standard Physical Access Control System capabilities. The implementation emphasized automated check in and role based access orchestration to reduce manual reception touchpoints and enforce site access policies.
The project required system integration because Infiniti did not initially support Sine Visitor Management integration. Charter Hall engaged Inner Range to develop and deliver the integration between Infiniti and Honeywell Sine Visitor Management, following six months of consultation and testing. The commissioned integration linked visitor events and access triggers between the two products to enable coordinated door control and visitor lifecycle workflows at go live.
Rollout governance included User Journey definition, iterative consultation, acceptance testing, and commissioning prior to the site opening. According to project notes, the integrated solution dramatically improves the user experience, operational cost and risk to the business, outcomes that were enabled by the bespoke Infiniti to Honeywell Sine Visitor Management integration developed by Inner Range.

Mineral Resources | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 8500 | $3.5B | Australia | Honeywell International | Honeywell Sine Visitor Management | Physical Access Control System | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021 Mineral Resources implemented Honeywell Sine Visitor Management as part of a Physical Access Control System deployment at the Mineral Resources Head Office. SEME Solutions was engaged to consult, design and implement the integrated access control environment between March 2021 and May 2022, covering reception, security operations and facilities systems at the head office.
The deployment configured Honeywell Sine Visitor Management for visitor processing and credential issuance, and integrated functional modules including Milestone CCTV for camera feeds, Jacques Intercoms for entry communication, license plate recognition and facial recognition for automated identification, and temperature sensing for health screening. The solution also incorporated StarrPos integration so access control credentials could be used to load money onto and spend at the on-site cafe, Single Sign On for operator authentication, and REST API endpoints to share event and identity data with multiple enterprise systems.
Architecturally, all integrations operate unobtrusively through the Gallagher Command Centre Software as the single user interface, eliminating the need for operators to log into multiple systems. Sensor and biometric inputs were routed into the access control platform, with Milestone CCTV and Honeywell Sine Visitor Management exchanging event and identity information via the provisioned REST APIs, enabling coordinated camera, intercom and LPR responses alongside visitor workflows.
Governance and rollout followed a consultative design and phased implementation model from March 2021 to May 2022, and prompted workflow changes for reception, security and facilities teams to manage credential lifecycle and visitor processing. SEME Solutions executed the configuration and system integration tasks for the head office scope.
