In 2023, Absolute Resorts & Hotels Thailand implemented HotelTime PMS as its cloud Hotel Property Management platform across its Phuket operations. In 2004 Czech Inn Hotels implemented HotelTime PMS as its Hotel Property Management solution across 19 properties in the Czech Republic. The deployment centralized front-office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage workflows and payment processing. The group also operates Vento ePOS alongside HotelTime PMS to support point of sale and F&B transactions across sites.
HotelTime PMS was configured to deliver central reservation and front-desk modules, housekeeping management, F&B posting and automated payments, together with multi-property reporting capabilities. Configuration emphasized centralized rate and inventory controls and standardized operational workflows to support consistent check-in, check-out and room status processes across the estate.
The implementation included integrations to accounting systems, channel managers and revenue management systems to synchronize financial postings, availability and pricing signals. Operational coverage extended to property operations, revenue management and finance teams across all 19 properties in the Czech Republic, consolidating transactional and performance data for group-level reporting.
The long-term cooperation with HotelTime Solutions, in place since 2004, instituted centralized configuration governance and standardized procedures for rollout and updates. The HotelTime PMS implementation delivered multi-property reporting and automated payments, improving operational efficiency while enabling more consistent operational control across the portfolio.

In 2021, Orea Hotels As implemented HotelTime PMS, a Hotel Property Management application, across its hotel group to consolidate property operations and enable a unified guest experience. The deployment targeted core property management, point of sale, spa and MICE operations and was explicitly linked to the MyOREA guest app and CRM to centralize guest engagement.
HotelTime PMS was configured to support reservations and front desk workflows, integrated POS transactions, spa appointment management and event and group management for MICE. The implementation included centralized guest profile capabilities, payment automation and reporting modules, and configuration to surface loyalty and CRM attributes for guest segmentation and outreach.
The rollout used HotelTime APIs and integrations to centralize guest data and orchestrate data flows between the PMS modules, POS, SPA and MICE capabilities and the MyOREA guest app and CRM. Payment processing and reporting were automated via HotelTime integration points to reduce manual handoffs and to create a consolidated operational reporting stream.
The project completed a group-wide switch in September 2021 and extended operational coverage to reservations, front office, food and beverage, spa and events teams. As stated by the customer, the HotelTime PMS deployment centralized guest data, automated payments and reporting, improved the guest experience and enabled Orea Hotels As to operate its own loyalty and CRM capabilities.
