The implementation tracked and managed issues and defects with the vendor, and the team developed a transition and support plan with the application support group and the service desk to operationalize Payroll processing.
Governance and rollout activities included requirements traceability, quality assurance oversight, UAT facilitation, and creation of training materials such as quick reference guides and instructional videos to support end user adoption.
