In 2015, Permanent TSB Group deployed Intuate Noble ShiftTrack WFM in its contact centre supporting mortgage arrears collections and the Real Time Officer Asset Management Unit. The Intuate Noble ShiftTrack WFM implementation serves as a Workforce Management application to forecast inbound and outbound call volumes and to schedule agents for outbound collections campaigns.
Operational modules implemented include forecasting, roster and timetable creation, and real time adherence monitoring. The team uses Intuate Noble ShiftTrack WFM to create rosters and timetables around forecasts, make duty allocation decisions for urgent requirements, and manage outbound dialler campaigns to maximize penetration of dialler lists while maintaining acceptable call abandonment rates.

In 2013 QSuper deployed Intuate Noble ShiftTrack WFM as its Workforce Management solution for its approximately 1,200 employee organisation in Australia. The Intuate Noble ShiftTrack WFM implementation was targeted to centralise shift rostering and scheduling for operational teams while standardising time and attendance capture.
Configuration work focused on roster management, scheduling and time and attendance workflows, with automation of shift allocation and roster publication to business users. Functional workstreams emphasized rule based rostering, leave and entitlement handling, and operational reporting, aligning with common Workforce Management capabilities.
The program was delivered alongside integrated forms for Payroll, HR, I&T and Corporate Services that provided automatic workflow for business users, enabling roster and timesheet data to feed payroll and HR processes. The vendor on the engagement was Intuate Group, which delivered the ShiftTrack configuration and operational handover.
Implementation governance used agile project methods, with requirements definition, deployment planning, project costing, resource management and regular reporting. Workshops were conducted across business streams, and coaching was provided for staff new to the organisation to embed operating procedures and shift level workflows.
