In 2019 Instyle Concepts initiated an implementation of ISAH CRM as part of a broader ISAH ERP rollout at its Zwolle site. Instyle Concepts, a 20 employee furniture and interior concepts manufacturer within the Venture Group, was the first subsidiary in the holding to go live with ISAH and positioned ISAH CRM as the customer engagement component of a unified application stack.
The implementation encompassed ISAH CRM alongside ISAH modules for logistics and financial administration, configured to use ISAH status driven process flows that map customer engagement through commerce, work preparation and logistics. The project team implemented status workflows and explicit role assignments within ISAH CRM, and the company adjusted its organizational chart to reflect those process boundaries and clearer task ownership.
Data migration and testing were executed with a structured cutover plan involving a group of key users, and training shifted from offline to online delivery late in the program.
