Chelsi Jo Colombia | Professional Services | 10 | $1M | Colombia | Meister | MindMeister | Collaboration | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020 Chelsi Jo Colombia implemented MindMeister as part of the TOBOS system to visually organize large volumes of information before converting items into actionable tasks. MindMeister is deployed as the primary visual mapping application within the company’s Collaboration tooling, and it is explicitly used to structure inputs for downstream task management in MeisterTask.
The implementation leverages MindMeister’s mind mapping capabilities for information capture, hierarchical structuring, and topic linking, positioning maps as a pre-tasking intake layer. Integration with MeisterTask is a core workflow, with mapped nodes translated into tasks that feed client and course management pipelines.
Operational scope covers coaching and operations across North America, supporting client engagement, course and program management, project management, and knowledge management functions. The adoption embeds visual mapping into the TOBOS methodology as the standard intake and scoping step for engagements and course development.
Governance centers on a handoff workflow from MindMeister maps to MeisterTask boards, defining roles for map creation, task conversion, and progression through coaching delivery pipelines. One client reported annual savings of about $30,000 as a result of streamlined workflows associated with the mapping to task orchestration pattern.

Felix Schoeller | Manufacturing | 2500 | $1.1B | Germany | Meister | MindMeister | Collaboration | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021 Felix Schoeller ran a September pilot using MindMeister, a Collaboration application, to introduce collaborative meeting agendas and minutes across its teams. The initiative used MindMeister to capture meeting structure and real time note taking to replace static meeting agendas and improve transparency for global teams in Germany.
MindMeister was configured to structure agendas, capture minutes, and annotate decisions, and the implementation integrated MindMeister with MeisterTask so action items could be assigned directly from MindMeister into MeisterTask for follow up. This linkage enabled a single workflow from mind map based meeting content to task assignment and execution tracking.
The rollout targeted meeting and operations processes and shifted meeting administration toward collaborative mapping and direct task creation. The September 2021 pilot reduced time spent on meeting administration by approximately 50 percent and increased visibility of action items through the MindMeister and MeisterTask integration.
