Prestop designed and produced the physical kiosk and enclosure to host the Motivify BelevingsMonitor, providing hardware integration, secure mounting and touchscreen interaction design. Functional capabilities implemented include visitor feedback surveys, touch-based UX workflows, local data capture and networked telemetry consistent with Customer Experience kiosks, with outputs routed to operations, facility management and marketing stakeholders. Governance and rollout responsibilities were split between Prestop for hardware delivery and on-site installation, and Motivify for application configuration and survey content management, operating within the Zuidplein shopping center in the Netherlands.
