In 2018, Haven Life Insurance Agency, a MassMutual Company deployed Oracle TeleSales within its Sales Automation portfolio to provision a telesales channel for the Simple Life product and to extend the company's SaaS one stop shop for life insurance. Operational scope covered tele-sales and contact center sales functions within Muang Thai Broker, with governance defined by role-based access, scripted compliance controls, and quality assurance workflows for supervisory review.
