Integration with the Emmegi Integra Q2 established a direct data flow between equipment and the ERP, enabling the production line to receive scheduled jobs and report run results back into Preference PrefSuite for operational visibility. The deployment targeted the primary production line in Chile and impacted manufacturing and production operations teams.
The initiative, led by Preference Mexico engineers, delivered faster and more accurate production runs with reduced material waste and fewer errors during manufacturing. Governance centered on parametrization and alignment of ERP workflows to machine processes to reduce manual interventions during production.
