Pronto XI Accounts Payable was configured alongside core Pronto modules including Purchase Orders, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Warehousing, Scanpack RF, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales Orders, and Payroll, enabling transactional flow between purchasing, receiving, inventory and payables.
Reporting and data governance work included Cognos setup and security, a Trueforms to Trueforms NEO conversion, and use of Pronto Data Intelligence and Alert Intelligence for data extraction and operational alerts. In 2019 REMA Tip Top Australia implemented Pronto XI Accounts Payable as part of a One ERP Pronto deployment at REMA Tip Top Ltd in Newcastle NSW. The implementation focused on AP Automation within the broader Pronto XI estate, aligning accounts payable workflows with general ledger, accounts receivable, banking, asset management and project accounting functions across the group.
The deployment configured core Pronto XI Accounts Payable capabilities typical of AP Automation, including invoice processing, supplier ledger management, payment run orchestration and purchase order matching embedded into the ERP transaction flow. Implementation work included customization and development of an industry specific job costing module and support for project level P and L, job cost analysis and variance reporting to support project accounting and profitability reviews.
Integrations and data work were explicit parts of the rollout, with data cleansing from an old ERP covering AP, AR, assets, inventory, purchase provisions and purchase orders prior to go live. The Pronto XI Accounts Payable instance was integrated operationally with GL, AR, banking, cost centre and profit centre structures, material management and plant maintenance modules, and reporting pipelines into a Power BI data warehouse for management reporting and board pack production.
Governance and process alignment accompanied the technical rollout, with monthly management accounts by division and state, monthly reforecasting and variance analysis, balance sheet maintenance and capital expense reporting restructured to use Pronto financial controls. The national finance team acted as liaison with Pronto support and the development partner for modifications and enhancements, and state managers were engaged through monthly actual reviews to embed AP Automation processes into operational financial governance.
