Aspiria | Construction and Real Estate | 60 | $25M | United States | Schneider Electric | Schneider Electric EcoStruxure | IoT Platform | 2023 | C&C Group |
In 2023 Aspiria implemented Schneider Electric EcoStruxure as an IoT Platform for facilities and campus operations at its 200 acre Aspiria mixed use campus in Overland Park, Kansas. The deployment focused on campus scale building and energy management, positioning Schneider Electric EcoStruxure to serve facilities management, building operations and maintenance workflows across the site.
The implementation combined EcoStruxure Building Operation, EcoStruxure Building Advisor and Power Monitoring to instrument environmental and electrical systems. EcoStruxure Building Operation provided centralized building management and control, EcoStruxure Building Advisor delivered cloud based analytics for anomaly detection and performance trending, and Power Monitoring captured electrical telemetry, together collecting more than 50,000 data points for operational visibility.
C&C Group, an EcoXpert partner, executed the rollout and integrated the solution into Aspiria operational workflows. The architecture paired on site building management controllers and sensors with cloud analytics, enabling continuous telemetry ingestion, alarm consolidation and analytics driven work order generation for preventive maintenance and occupant comfort management across the campus.
Governance and process changes shifted maintenance from reactive to preventive, with facilities and campus operations adopting analytics led inspection and service scheduling. The deployment drove a measured 16 percent reduction in annual energy consumption and produced $1.5 million in annual energy savings, while also reducing service calls and improving occupant comfort as stated in the project summary.
