In 2016 Rotopino implemented Sente TeneumX HCM to centralize personnel management and Core HR processes across its Narzedzia.pl e commerce operations. The deployment was delivered as part of a broader integrated solution that addresses order fulfillment, warehouse integration, trade and financial settlements, and HR functions for a retail leader in power tools operating in Poland and abroad.
Sente TeneumX HCM was configured to provide personnel management, workflow and documents, and automated onboarding capabilities, aligning Core HR workflows with operational staffing needs. The implementation emphasized automation of repetitive HR activities and formalized document-driven workflows to reduce manual errors and accelerate new hire ramp up.
The HCM module was embedded in the combined ERP, WMS and BOK stack that manages order processing and inventory, enabling HR processes to reflect operational realities in the logistics operator's warehouse and dropshipping flows. Integration points focused on exchanging staffing and process status information with the ERP and the external logistics operator's warehouse to support workforce planning tied to order picking and customer service activities.
Governance work included standardizing HR workflows and digitizing personnel documents to support cross functional back office processes. As described in the project notes, the implementation shortened the time for onboarding new employees and eliminated mistakes made by inexperienced staff, by automating routine HR tasks and enforcing consistent processes through Sente TeneumX HCM.

In 2018, Tedex Production implemented Sente TeneumX HCM as its Core HR application, deploying a vendor Sente solution to standardize personnel management across the group. The initiative targets a multi-entity oil and lubricants manufacturer operating domestically and internationally, and the system was chosen to support all entities while improving inter-entity information exchange and providing managers with strategic visibility into individual entity operations.
The implementation focused on the Personnel Management area within the broader Sente S4 rollout, delivering Core HR capabilities such as a centralized employee master, organizational structure and position management, employee lifecycle and personnel records management, and HR reporting and workflow automation. Configuration work emphasized multi-entity HR data models and personnel workflows to align headcount planning and personnel reporting with production and commercial schedules.
Sente TeneumX HCM is being deployed alongside Sente S4 modules for Production, Sales and CRM, and Finance and Accounting to enable cross-functional process orchestration, specifically to support faster production planning, supply planning and more timely production cost settlement. The deployment covers group-wide operational scope, with data flows designed to feed HR and headcount information into production planning and customer service processes without naming external integrations beyond the Sente landscape.
The project is executed using agile methodology, implementation work is underway and initial functionality is being tested by Tedex employees, with completion planned for the first quarter of 2018. Governance changes include centralized HR process and reporting controls across entities, and a phased rollout to align personnel management practices with production, sales and finance workflows as the Sente modules come online.
