Operational scope was focused under the Conad Logistics division and extended to supplier companies, Cooperatives' warehouses and points of sale through the cooperative network, aligning transport execution with centrally managed schedules.
Governance and process restructuring emphasized central management of ex-works transport, coordination of carrier selection according to Conad sustainability criteria, optimization of secondary transport and use of Conad surfaces for goods groupage. Governance and rollout were led internally by Coop Alleanza 3.0 IT project management, which owned demand management, IT budget oversight for supplier systems, supplier service level monitoring, requirements gathering, joint software design with suppliers, build, deployment and UAT phases, and project plan monitoring.
