In 2017 Geoplas Turkey began implementation of Uyumsoft UyumCRM as part of a broader LioX-ERP program that started in July 2017. The program included customer relationship management alongside production, HR and e-document processes and went live in January 2018 in Turkey.
The implementation of UyumCRM delivered integrated CRM capabilities within the LioX-ERP footprint, standardizing customer master data, opportunity and contact management, and reporting workflows. Configuration work emphasized operational reporting and process centralization, aligning CRM transactional data with production and HR process records.
Integration was realized inside the LioX-ERP environment, connecting the CRM functional area to production planning, human resources records and electronic document processing, supporting cross-functional workflows between sales, customer service and manufacturing operations. The rollout covered Geoplas Turkey sites and operational units, consolidating system access and shared data models under the ERP program.
Governance and rollout followed a program approach that moved modules into production in January 2018, accompanied by centralized process standardization and consolidated operational reporting. The project delivered improved operational reporting and process centralization as reported by the vendor, with UyumCRM serving as the CRM component integrated into the companys ERP landscape.
